EX Contracting was built from more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Our approach is simple: take responsibility for the work, use quality materials, provide good service, and remain committed to delivering quality results.

The EX Contracting team brings experience, responsibility, quality workmanship, professionalism, and commitment to every project. Whether the project is a small exterior repair, a complete renovation, exterior cladding, caulking, siding, or custom building, our goal is to provide professional results that our clients can rely on.

We work with homeowners, contractors, property managers, builders and developers, and commercial businesses across Ontario — on residential, commercial, and multi-unit projects of every size. From a single caulking repair to a full custom build, every project receives the same attention to detail and the same commitment to doing the job right.

Communication is a core part of how we work. We keep clients informed from the first phone call through to final walkthrough, and we stand behind our work with warranty coverage of 3–10 years depending on the type of work completed.
